| The Arcticware Communicator provides your employees with a secure intra-office method of communication. Users can quickly send messages to each other without spam, phishing scams, or any of the other dangers associated with internet email. In addition to being sent directly through the communicator, messages can be sent to a standard email address or as a mobile text message. |

Individual Inboxes
Each user you create will receive their own communicator inbox, with no additional setup required. Inboxes may be sorted by sender, date received, or subject. For convenience, the inbox will also be displayed on your "My Company" page when you log in.

Send Messages as E-Mail or Mobile Text
Send messages in multiple formats! Messages can be sent to employees' e-mail, or can even be sent to mobile phones as text messages.

New Message Notifications
As new messages enter your inbox, new message notifications will be displayed at the top of the page, regardless of where you are in any application. Clicking on the notification will immediately bring you into the Communicator to view your newly-received messages.
